Hybrid Benefits in Tampa
All of our classes are delivered exactly the same, with online and hybrid students learning together in the same classes. For both formats, lectures are streamed live via Zoom by expert instructors to a virtual classroom. For local students in Tampa or St. Petersburg, we also offer the optional opportunity to work on-site at our convenient coworking partner, Embarc Collective.
Here's how it works: expert lead instructors teach each class remotely, leveraging familiar tools like Zoom, Slack, and the DigitalCrafts Learning Platform. Tampa students who enroll in the Hybrid format have the option to come on-site and work at a coworking desk alongside their peers. Depending on enrollment, we may be able to staff teaching assistants on-site as well, providing an unique opportunity for face-to-face assistance coupled with the flexibility of online instruction.
|Program||Coworking Membership||Workspace||Teaching Assistants*|
|Full Stack Immersive | Full-Time||Included ($600 value)||Community Desks||Online Only|
|Full Stack Flex | Part-Time||Included ($900 value)||Community Desks||Online Only|
* Teaching assistants are staffed according to class size, so may not be available for smaller classes.
Notice to Florida Residents: "Full Stack Immersive" and "Full Stack Flex" program names are referred to as "Full-Time Web Development" and "Part-Time Web Development" elsewhere on the site. The programs are the same, but our FL licensure currently lists the old (Immersive/Flex) naming conventions. Only the Full Stack Immersive and Flex programs are currently approved in Florida. Additionally, Florida residents are not eligible for early enrollment discounts.
